Alien lifeforms

Well not alien lifeforms but perfectly recognisable poppy seed heads.  It's been a full on day what with the ongoing scarecrow festival, the Tour, less cleaning than I had planned,  blackcurrant picking, a Skype with Euan and his Mum shattered after a long journey to say goodbye to friends, and feedback from Jen and Pete following their overnight stay in the new house in Glasgow.  Thankfully house and area and neighbours and commute to their separate works are all good, now they just need to get up there, get started and settle in.

We had lots of folks coming up the street in search of the scarecrows again today and it sounds like the local hospice will benefit to the tune of several hundred pounds, which is all good too.  So it was a quick blip in the garden between bath and Skype.
