there’s something about - ladybugs that puts a smile on my face - this one found - in the community garden - hanging on some plants - i thought it - would be interesting to - indulge in sharing - a few fun facts about them

did you know:
-they can fly up to 37 mph
-an adult ladybug may actually eat up to 75 aphids in a single day
-a ladybug has 2 functioning eyes
-ladybugs come in all colors, predominantly red but also orange, yellow, purple & green
-giving a gift of a ladybug in some form to a newborn or child is believed to provide them with protection

and so it goes - just several of many - fun and engaging fun - facts regarding those lovely - tiny insects i enjoy being - able to photograph and - which always are able to make it...
