Its not very often I blip people but when I saw a friend running in the estuary with her hubby on a bike I couldn't resist blipping them.  She's a very super fit lady and takes part in running events.  It was so lovely and calm in the estuary and after our walk on the marsh I went back to the car and got my wellies and went into the estuary for a paddle with Misty.  It was bliss.  I was still around when they came back having gone right across to Scotland!  Its the first time they've done that.   The deepest it got was up to her knees!  I sent her some photos.
