KK in Ullapool

It was a little rainy in Strathpeffer today so we headed to Ullapool where the forecast said it was dry.

WE stopped at Coire shelloch gorge where I have stopped before a number of times. Today it was busy but we headed to the viewpoint anyway. The viewpoint is a raised walkway over the gorge and because of the times we like everyone else waited our turn before walking to the end of the platform. I went to take a photo to find the people behind could not wait 2 mins and had joined us on the small platform pushing their mobile phones in front of me. I asked her to please move 2m away. Her husband butted in his very English accent to say 6 people were allowed on the viewpoint at any one time. I replied that it was the case however they must keep 2m from me. I don't think they understood why. The thoughts in my head were not polite.

 Anyway we  carried on to Ullapool and avoiding the busy streets and shops we went on the Ullapool hill walk above the town. This is KK at the top of the walk with Ullapool in the background. It was lovely and peaceful up there with great views. Well worth the walk even in this heat.

The football is on and already it's not good news if you support Italy
