Juvenile Robin

I wasn't going to give this baby Robin a second glance and then for some reason I did and realised just how lovely the plumage is;  I'd always tended to think it was dull and drab but the golds and browns are really rather nice.

This afternoon we watched the Wimbledon men's final which we both enjoyed -   a match of champions and a sporting occasion in the truest sense.  The football is on at the moment but I shall start watching at half time, a full game is just too much. :-)
