We've Been Having Some Weather Again

The gauge in the garden indicated 15mm today, the majority of which must've fallen in the torrential shower we had this afternoon. After a family get together with Mum and Sis et al over a Chinese, there was just time to walk the dog whilst dropping Mum off at home en-route.

Somewhere in there by the signpost (I am sure) there is a footpath, but the idea of wading through sopping wet grass didn't float my boat, so we (I) decided to walk along the lane instead. That was a mistake - more evidence of the rain is here on my Instagram account, right the way across from verge to verge.
