Notes: Slept well till 630a, felt a bit groggy but up and out the door for a bike ride (skipped last week with a swim and run instead for July 4th weekend). Warm but some breezes and mostly quiet roads. Did the east trail route and into Gulfport right on the water and thru the shops today (first time for this part) - nice 15 miles. Quiet rest of the day, did hear back from Marie about doing some animal Reiki with her cat Serena who's having some issues. Did some review on that course.
