Long way to go..

I've been reading lots of blogs and articles on street photography as it's something I'd really love to do. Any hints and tips are most welcome!

I thought that my DSLR was a bit conspicuous for my first trip out so I took my phone instead and tried to shoot from the hip. This, believe it or not, was the best least dire shot I got.

So I rejected the in focus images I took of the canals for this shot as it marks the beginning of my journey to street photographer.
