Cheesecake.

A cake made of cheese? Yep, this one was a bit of a distaster but it seemed to go down pretty well. This was the easiest cheesecake recipe I've ever tried, with mascarpone and cream cheese and chocolate and that's about it! It was consumed along with waffles, whilst watching the start of season 2 of Game of Thrones. We had it in English this time, safe to say I prefer the French accents!

The day went well too, one class and a prison lesson in which I had a new pupil. He has a good level of English but I'm not sure I like him all that much. Turns out that guy with the yellow hands was there for a sex based crime. Excellent. It was interesting to hear a bit more about how the prison works.

Now for the sad news. Laura Fry was meant to be here today. There was a strike at Dusseldorf airport so she couldn't make it. And Skype just doesn't quite cut it although even having a cup of tea together with miles between us is better than nothing!
