Fecking Nonsense

First swim was with a new male swim buddy who encourage me to jump off the pier at Luss at 7:15am. I can announce that I died doing that as Im not a fab of heights or deep water.

But of course it was fun.

Then I headed to Duck Bay to swim with my friends and afterwards popped into Duck Bay Marina for tea and toasted crumpets.

This is me and J enjoy post swim high jinks on the pier.
