three legs

Kate and I had a lovely day at Bodnant gardens North Wales. What a lovely place. I went years ago with Simon but could only remember the wisteria arch which of course was not in flower. Kate went 3 years ago with John and our sister and family. She could remember where everything was and the way to go to see everything. We took a sandwich and had a drink at the kiosk. I saw these two cats as we sat drinking our tea. They are the best of friends and the ginger is protective of the black one. The black one only has 3 legs but did really well getting around. 
I took lots of photos especially in the rose garden and have made a collage for the extra. I took a sneaky shot of Kate sitting in the rose garden. There was an event going on at the Pin Mill and as we left to come home they were giving away bags of food they had left over. I've just eaten a lovely piece of lemon cake and am going to eat the scone now.
