UFO unearthed

This was started in an Oast modern log cabin workshop some years ago. All log cabins are time consuming and this one which uses inserts is even more so. I've started 11 more blocks to add to the original nine  and will see how the fabric pans out. It depends on the print background which shows dressmaking pattern motifs. I adore it. It's already backed a quilt but I spotted it in Hometown in Rochester some time ago and bought more.
