Ocean

It was a beautiful day today in Sydney so we headed up the caost to Curl Curl. It was windy and the waves were crashing over the rocks. I took some photographs and didn't realise the significance of this photograph until we got home and we watched the news. Yesterday a young student was 'chain surfing' and hanging onto this railing while the waves crashed over him and his friends. Tragically he was swept to sea and hasn't yet been found. My thoughts go out to his friends and family xx
