Matanaka Farm Buildings

We left our weekend house at Warrington this morning, and headed north to go home. The day was dull and grey, but we explored areas around the Coast that I had not seen before.
We then went to Waikouaiti, to visit the historical buildings of Matanaka. They were built around the 1940's. To learn more have a look here.
There are about 4 buildings, and one of them is the horse stables.
It was good to be inside at this stage as it started raining, first time we have heard that on the roof in a long time.
Good to be home again, after a great 4 days away.
