We went to visit Mary Doll and Victor this afternoon.

I set up my old phone for Mary Doll to use which means I have pretty much volunteered to be her personal 24/7 iPhone help desk for the next 3 months. The expected fix date of any issues raised is NOW (or preferably yesterday).
