Got up early today and walked into town with Ma when she started work. I was planning to have a walk afterwards but Matt FaceTimed me and I ended up autopiloting back home.

Chilled in the morning, then back to town to meet Ma and walk to Grandma’s. I did some gardening and went to buy some bread, then had a cake as a reward. It was really good to see her again.

Spent the evening in Gerge’s garden, eating tasty food and drinking fancy drinks. Weird to see her without Amy but it was quite nice to have conversations without toddler interruptions.
