Ahhh, satisfying!

I like to think this was the moment when Noel Gallagher looked right at me and thought that loony in the front could be trouble.....

I think I have been to see Oasis/Noel 4 times before (Toronto, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Wembley) but this was the most unusual setting - a bit of beach on a manmade island in the middle of the Arabian Gulf.

As gigs go - they don't know how to do it here, but as usual it was full of drunken idiots who only knew the words to the Oasis songs and some football songs (sigh, will I never escape these people?!)

In my quest to find a partner for my other Noel picture (will post later this week) I have narrowed it down to this one about 10 others. Husband and I must decide now which one to use.

On the plus side, I got a good tan, and met up with some very nice people after the show for the Zane Lowe portion of the gig. This was very nice!
