Wedding venue?

Priory Happ is the Dudlet Registry Office, so in non-Covid times quite a lot of weddings take place there. I guess there must have been one yesterday, as this morning these two potted plants were standing outside. There was also a small amount t of confetti - much less than is usually scattered around, and it seemed very light-weight and degradable. All too often there is a terrible mess, with plastic confetti, and the boxes which had contained it littering the area. So I wish this considerate couple well! considerate couple
