Happy Birthday Sam!

This is my beloved pooch, Sam. Or as he's more widely known - THE Sammers Dog (or Sammo by my 4 year old son). I have been owned by this dog since he was 12 weeks old and called out to me from behind the bars at the Humane Society. Tomorrow he will 13 years old. He is spoiled, cantankerous, needy, greedy, a bed hog and blanket thief, a perpetual licker of everything and a bottomless pit for all cast off food. He is also the center of my universe (as are my husband and son, but I've had Sam longer).
He is also completely impatient when it comes to having his picture taken. He was barking at me to hurry up.
