Langamull

N and I spent a most enjoyable morning with our niece and her husband, along with their six dogs, when we walked to a nearby beach. On the way, we admired and photographed the wild flowers (extra on the machair), the butterflies and a couple of caterpillars. The youngsters and some of the dogs were brave enought take to the water while the rest of us just watched in admiration. The light was quite special, almost pearlescent, making it difficult to distinguish between sea and sky, and it was pleasantly warm. We were pleased to have the beach to ourselves for a short time before the "crowds" arrived. (Everything is relative.)
