Travelled to the east coast today to watch the golf at the Scottish Open. T-shirt weather, in spite of the haar that rolled in from the sea. Warm haar, a first for me!
This is Jon Rahm sizing up a putt at the 6th for birdie, just before he missed it. Not a happy bunny.
Extras: haar rolls in looking back up the 18th fairway, & practice makes perfect.
We heard later that some chap was taken to hospital (not jail) after walking on to the tee and getting ready to drive with Rory McIlroy's driver. Crazy world, and very poor security.
Grand day out, and very tired.
Strange to be in crowds again, but very little anxiety.
