John Smart RSA

A lazy morning as this is my day off, gardening and tidying while H read and played. Then our first trip to the library since before You Know What started last year, followed by a quick trip to the shops to get extra ingredients for mini blueberry cheesecakes.

Once the cooking was done, H and I went for a quick walk in the woods in the cemetery. Smart was an Edinburgh landscape painter and died at the age of 61 in 1899. Have seen his grave many times but the green light through the leaves made the colours shine more than usual.
