Absolute sweat fest

A speed session this evening where I thought my head was going to explode with the heat. I took this picture to show how horrific my red face was but somehow it doesn’t quite picture it.

A fun day of bobbing around between schools on my bike, a zoom with our new fundraising consultant and an evening zoom to meet with some of the Sail & Surf crew for the summer.
