Charles Church, Plymouth
The ruins of Charles Church, named for King Charles 1st. It was completed in 1658, and ruined by German incendiaries in March 1941. It has been left standing as a memorial to the people of Plymouth who died in the Second World War. It's a pity that the church is in the centre of a busy roundabout and there's no pedestrian access to it.
