Breaking ground

A lovely spot just before the gates of the school that has, up until now, been home to what was a bit of a very expensive hobit house (seen in the for sale website).  But because it was surrounded by lots of trees, it must have been a tad chilly in the winter.  it looks like the new owners have plans to build higher up to look down on a sweeping garden that has a small stream at the bottom.

It's going to be interesting to watch the development, and hopefully, not too many trees lost in the process.
