DOYLES JUNCTION

Today would have been Me Dad’s 104TH  Birthday . . . wow . . . so many things that I wish I could talk to him about.
From time to time over the last year I have posted bits of my first ever model railway layout, in memory of my best mate who died last year. Today it is complete . . . but work will continue. However, I thought that I would make you suffer by looking at the current model. Feel free to ignore below, but I also know that there are many expert modellers on Blip . . . thank you for your ideas too.
Huge congrats to Mark Cavendish . . . a grand record-equalling win in the Tour de France . . . soooo pleased.
Hope you all have a grand weekend ahead !
Main image shows the main layout, 50” X 10”, with the extension fiddle yard attached. Doyles Junction is a shunting layout, with wagon cards to enable mixed loads to be sorted into loads ready for a long journey. Extras include . . . Fiddle Yard to provide more room for manoeuvres  . . . Can You Spot The Fat Controller ? . . . Railway at Work . . . and Goods Yard, with busy workers in place.
