Panettone

...rather than pantone today. Pretty good, despite being sat on top of the fridge for ages...

Took a break from the techno today to listen to Suede, having bought a ticket yesterday for their gig at Rock City in a couple of weeks (a warm-up for their big show at Ally Pally a few days later, I'd presumed it'd be all sold out but there were some tickets left...) I never saw them 'back in the day' but the new stuff is surprisingly good and I saw footage of them doing 'Metal Mickey' recently at Maida Vale that suggested they might still be worth the effort. 'Stay Together' and 'So Young' are better songs, but this is the one I was humming at the library all morning...

Otherwise, a bit of a slow day - lots of rain, Lidl and Tom and I watched Wales take England apart in Cardiff this afternoon (at least Forest's winning streak remains unbroken for another week...)
