Thursday

Woke at 8 for the usual Dr appt then went back to sleep. She phoned back at 9.30. She is writing to the psychiatrist ahead of my appt about various things which is helpful. 

I got up and felt confused, in a daze. The flat didn't feel right, didn't feel real. I don't know what I did but eventually around 3pm I went for a walk, but got down the hill and didn't want to be out. Felt like my legs would give  way. Back up and the hill and home. Out for 15mins max.
The rest of the day has been confusing and it's still today. 

Not long heard Lewis has tested positive for Covid today :(
