After a lot of gossip on an aurora page I visit, we decided well I twisted MrC&D's arm a bit till he agreed to have a bit of a drive north to see if we could spot the Northern Lights.

This is the best photo...dearie me. I shan't tick Seeing The Northern Lights off the bucket list just yet.
