Make wine

Visited the winery that is attached to out estancia today. Taken around by the Willy Wonka of the wine trade - great fun.
Now I know that I prefer wine from French oak barrels and not American oak. It really was fascinating. Expect I will revert to drinking anything
that is given to me when I get home!

On to a fairly new winery owned by the Queen of Torrontes (some people manage 5 or 6 in a day) for lunch. It has only been open for 10 days but it was amazing. The rather beautiful daughter,who has created it, was hovering to see what we thought. I would give it 5*.

After such a hard day the only thing to do was get in the hot tub/ sauna.

No dinner tonight but more wine tasting at 8 - you really do have to start throwing it away!
