So, I find out today that I watched the England World Cup win live on the TV in 1966!

Mum & Dad took me, aged 1, and my brother, aged 4, down to my grandparents who were out at work but crucially had a TV. I was placed in my high chair and watched the whole game. I’m astounded, both because how am I that old, and also because my brain somewhere will have all of this stored.

Incredible.
