zekes and more zekes

Gratefuls:

1. A swim after work - feels weird that I can now put my head under and look at all of the other flying bodies under the water. (I suspect I look like I’m drowning to any onlookers);
2. Salmon fillets for tea - my happy food;
3. Eve and Zeke laughing like hyenas at Antony cheering at the football and discussing where football has been if it’s now coming home.
