Duck

Duck, date syrup glazed carrots, and black quinoa. Wine: Château Sainte Marguerite Médoc 2009.

The duck was a bit too gamey. The carrots came out well (and I have figured out something else to do with the date syrup that's been lurking in my pantry). The wine is a great find for the price.
