Meall Mor from Beinn a' Bheurlaich

Not a brilliant photo, but then it wasn't a brilliant day weather-wise!

Today we climbed these two wee hills just off the A9 between Daviot and Moy. It was hazy but reasonably clear on the way up but by the time we got to the top of the second one (Meall Mor) the cloud had closed in, snowflakes were beginning to fall and so we didn't hang about.

Heather + peat bogs + next to no path = hard work!

We reckoned we had definitely earned our cappuccinos and home-bakes at The Dairy at Daviot on the way home!
