A Sedentary Day

A fairly boring day spent doing tax stuff. My self-assessment, Jan's, and Capital Gains notification.  The last one was particularly futile as there was no gain, but if you are non-resident in the UK you have to inform the tax people when you sell a property there, even if there is no tax to pay!
On a more positive note the HMRC website with its information and forms seems to do an excellent job of helping you do what you have to do.
Ao, a sedate and boring day at the computer.  Hopefully the football will provide me with some excitement...
Update - the football did the job. An excellent match with two well-matched teams. England did prove to be the better team as the match neared ts end and I think the result was a fair reflection of the wy the play went.
