North Berwick Birthday

Two days after our daughter’s birthday it is her mother’s! After yet another very busy day on the home front we headed out to Aberlady to savour its special flora and fauna. We were not disappointed. The cloud and distant backlit Edinburgh skyline added to the occasion.

After our walk we drove on to North Berwick, passing the Scottish Open course at Gullane, to enjoy harbour side fish and chips accompanied by the town’s Pipe Band. .
