Odds on.

Our grandson had a really innovative present today! Our friends wanted to place a bet that Logan would win a gold medal in a Winter Olympics event at some point in his life. Ladbrokes wanted details of parentage etc to work out the odds and after finding out that his father was at World Cup level before getting injured and having to quit, they gave 100-1 odds. We would expect maybe 500-1 considering we're talking British skier here but it's flattering for Ben (the dad) I suppose!!
I've had people here all afternoon watching the rugby (how disappointing was that??!) and hadn't managed to get out to take photo's so this is my blip today. My Internet is playing up (no change there) so this may be a backdated blip tomorrow ...

Update - It went, even without an Internet connection! Wish I'd tried a better photo now!! Oh well, consider this a 'blip' (sorry - think I've had too much wine..) ;-)
