Get Your Goat

Our class had their first ever school trip today. We only went 10 minutes up the road to Mountfitchet Castle but the excitement levels were through the roof. We had a great day looking round the replica castle and Norman village. There were loads of animals wandering about which the children loved. Some of the exhibits were a bit gruesome but no one seemed to mind and I got a great shot of the whole class locked up in the ‘gaol’ as well as plenty of them in the stocks and pillory.
We were all exhausted by the end of the day. I’ve just finished sorting out all the photos with one eye on the football. Looks like we might be heading into extra time.
