Girl Done Good!
She started when she was 5, but at the ripe old age of 10, she's just hit her 365 mark!
Danny was up and out at the crack of dawn to help friends repaint their house in the hope they'll get their deposit back when they move to the UK. Late morning he was back and Asha and I went to a coffee morning with a few of the English Speaking Church guys, and Danny and Nate played in the park. The people we were with today have all lived here 40+ years and have such fascinating insights into the island...We left laden with garden produce from one of the women. Asha absolutely loved it.
We came home via Decathlon to buy a tent for a friend who is back living on the streets...this evening he's searching for a discreet place to pitch it.
Asha enjoyed a wander round a new supermarket not far from us - she went absolutely doo-lalley with excitement when she saw a small packet sandwich section, ha! It's just not a thing here but it makes her think of holidays in England. Her joy really tickled me.
Today I'm grateful for;
1) A lovely coffee morning.
2) Cold roast chicken and homegrown cucumber baguette.
3) Asha managing to stick with Blip.
