Petrol

Last week Hubby took the little car for its MOT. Unfortunately, a deer leapt onto the road and clipped one of the front lights. The deer ran off so hopefully wasn’t badly injured and the only damage to the car was the light which had to be repaired.

I collected the car yesterday and noticed that there was almost no petrol. Now, I have hardly driven in the last 18 months and in that time the local garage has had a fancy pants card machine payment system installed. So I nipped along before the football started so I could take my time and not cause a queue if I broke the machine. Easy peasy.

Now settled on the sofa to watch the England game. Hope it’s as exciting  as last night’s Italy game.
