Grey skies, blue skies
Started off at Wells-Next-The-Sea and walked along to the beach. Next stop Burnham Thorpe, the birthplace of Lord Nelson, where we hoped to get lunch in the newly refurbished pub. However, staff shortages meant no lunch was available so we moved on to a pub we like in Warham. No staff shortages there but there does seem to be a problem in this area as we have seen no end of signs saying ‘staff wanted’. After waiting for a thunderstorm to pass we walked along side the marshes to watch the brave kite surfers.
