Halifax
TUESDAY
I took Harriet's car down to the local garage for it's annual service and MOT test. It passed without any issues, but we are having some new brake pads fitted as the original pads are now 75% worn and are unlikely to last 10,000 miles to the next service.
We went down Halifax in the afternoon. The main purpose was to transfer a mobile phone account we have with EE. They couldn't do it in-store so Harriet ended up doing in over the phone. It took her over 90 minutes on her mobile in order to sort it.
It was a mixture of sunshine and showers. We spent the best part of an hour sat out in the sun drinking coffee in The Piece Hall courtyard. I had a wander into the town centre and took this shot of Halifax Town Hall.
