Sunset on Main Street

Main Street at Canary Wharf, that is. A brilliant evening on the photo society camera walk. So good to see members in real life after so many zoom sessions. And quite a few of them fellow Blippers.

Lisa had plotted a fascinating and twisty route taking in some of the best bits of the new business district. I thought I knew Canary Wharf but there were squares and parks that were new to me. We were all given maps of the walk with key spots highlighted. The rain at the start was discouraging but by the second half a beautiful sunset gave us some spectacular shots. Not least being this view along the Thames.

Well done to Lisa for all her hard work which paid off with an itinerary that I will be happy to repeat. So many photo opps at every turn.
