Flax (not, of course, Chicory)

It's funny but some days you can't take a decent photograph. I took loads, but wasn't particularly happy with any of them. On the glass half full side perhaps that's because I'm aiming higher and I'm unsatisfied with anything beneath that lofty target. Or... heh.

Anyhow, here's a field full of flax - and the occasional poppy.

The rest of the day has been filled with kite flying - the first attempt in about twenty years and the string didn't even break! A couple of near misses, and nearly a lost finger when the strong got caught around it. But what fun it was for a few minutes!

And fitting a new bath panel. That was fun for a few minutes too. And not fun for hours. No doubt I'll finish it tomorrow...
