Quick blip!

Our two resident Wood Pigeons are currently sharing the task of sitting on their old nest in the Liquid Amber tree. They’ve raised several chicks there the past few years.
It’s only when the leaves are fully out that they return to revamp it and lay the eggs.
One of them sits in the old apple tree if a Magpie or Crow should come along nearby. Keeping watch.
I can see the nest if I look up through the leaf canopy at a certain angle.
I used the Zoom to get the photo.
Been a busy day doing a job I detest, which needed doing.
Cleaning the cupboards under the sink.
From time to time I’d find something from the depths and wonder why on earth, or when on earth I bought it!
I pulled out a plastic tub of some cleaning stuff which had a Betterware label!
They are the people who drop off a catalogue through the letterbox and a few weeks later come by to see if you would like to order any of their stuff.
Well they haven’t been around here for quite a few years, so you can tell how much the depths needed sorting out!
It is now beautifully clean and rearranged with obsolete items despatched to the general waste bin!
Soon be time for the Tour de France highlights, so I’ll finish here.
We both had a busy afternoon cleaning in our flat (which our young tenant has now vacated, having been able to acquire a small house to rent)
We have decided to sell it now, so wanted it to be looking at its best.
