FOXGLOVE SECRETS

The foxglove that was still in flower on Christmas Day is back with lots of friends this summer. I expect that by next year it will have taken over a lot of the garden.

We are awaiting roof repairs, and now that the bedroom ceiling has started leaking in the last couple of days it's become more urgent. However, the roofer is having trouble getting hold of scaffolders, which we need because we're three storeys high, and once we get scaffolding put up it'll probably trash the front garden which is less than 6 feet deep. Until then, and it might be months, we've got plastic boxes on the bedroom floor.
