Sitting in the sun this afternoon this seagull posed for several photo's.


This afternoon I went to see my flat that I used to live in 10yrs ago. It is up for sale and I was very curious!
It is a lot smaller than I remembered it to be. The decor was really nice but the actual workmanship was awful! Paint runs, paint on the door handles and bubbles in the paper.
I was pleased to see the built in wardrobes that Dad built still there, and some other features still there that we put in.
Dad would be pretty shocked at the decor though as he was a perfectionist in that area.

The price also was hugely different from when I sold it 10yrs ago!! Wish I was selling it now - I would have made £84,000 profit!!
