Officially old

I have had a painting called Tangmere Hurricanes by Nicolas Trudgian for about 20 years.

It depicts Hurricanes of 601 Squadron taking off from Tangmere and flying over an idyllic English countryside scene - which includes a railway station.

I have ALWAYS wanted to build an N-Gauge railway layout based around that picture - and I have begun. The secret is out - I AM BUILDING A MODEL RAILWAY AND I AM OFFICIALLY OLD!!!

This little model is going to end up on the scene - it's made of card, but looks absolutely great!

I have to be honest - I am VERY excited!
