I may have splurged a bit on my summer reading collection! E and I had a great time in Waterstones this afternoon. She treated me to coffee and a scone then we browsed the shelves downstairs. She always read as a child but stopped in her teens! Thankfully she is reading again and introduced me to the Good Reads app!
I’m starting with The Prisoner’s Wife by Maggie Brookes.
A good day despite the rain.
