Hay Month

These old fashioned Finnish style loose hay stacking are rare sight nowadays! These ones are in Sorkkala, in Pirkkala. July is in Finnish heinäkuu, which translates to hay month. Naturally it refers to haymaking.

Much like June, July has started off with really warm temperatures. There has been practically no rainfall this month as of yet. It seems like heat continues.
